“That which is essential is invisible to the naked eye.”
– attributed to Saint Exupery’s Le Petit Prince

From a business perspective, there are so many invisible things that make it a success. Safety is the same way. Risks are invisible until they reveal themselves or are discovered by a Safety Professional. The question is how you find the risks: do you wait until they reveal themselves, or try to find and control them as best as possible. The successful organization does the latter.
