JAMES BORETTI, CSP

PRESIDENT/CEO

With over 33 years of experience, James has an extensive background in the field of Occupational Safety & Health. James is President of Boretti, Inc., a professional Safety, Health & Environmental firm providing a broad range of technical and business safety solutions. He has successfully consulted with an array of clients and industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, television, construction, and agricultural environments. His efforts have resulted in measurable, improved operational efficiency and productivity, lowered insurance rates, reduced claims frequency, and OSHA compliance.

GREG BIRD, CSP

Legal Consultant

Greg has over 45 years of loss control and safety consulting experience with public and private industry clients ranging in size from 10 to over 10,000 employees. He has provided services to the healthcare, manufacturing, warehousing/distribution, municipal/county governments, and residential/commercial heavy industrial construction. His efforts have resulted in the reduction of experience modification factors from over 1.5 to as low as 0.69. Greg has 16 years of experience as a Loss Control Manager/Director, 7 years as a Professional Firefighter/Staff Officer, and 10 years as a Safety Site Manager.

JT Parnell, MS

Senior SH&E Professional - Business Services

JT offers a rich background in the Safety, Health & Environmental fields as both a manager and safety professional. Before coming to Boretti, Inc., JT worked as the Director of Safety & Health for an industry-leading specialty trade subcontractor where he created and executed a comprehensive occupational safety and health program for all the corporate and company projects. With Boretti, Inc., JT spent 5 years as an SH&E Professional where he evaluated client organizational needs, isolated areas for improvement, and implemented long-term service plans to assist clients in reaching their goals.

Martha Moore-Kazarian

Senior SH&E Professional - Client Services

Prior to joining the Boretti Team, Martha gained over 35+ years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health working with companies in the Agricultural, Marketing, and Insurance fields. As a Risk and Compliance Manager, Martha has successfully designed and implemented Occupational Safety and Food Safety programs while maintaining FDA, DOL, OSHA, EPA, CDPR, USDA adn CDFA compliance in teh Large-Scale Farming, Food Defense, Recall, and Produce Safety areas.

Abel Varela

SH&E Professional

Abel has 5+ years of hands-on knowledge in both General Industry and Construction. He is an exceptional bilingual communicator with experience training in the areas of Fall Prevention, forklift, freon recovery, emission control, and standard operating procedures. Abel excels at team management and communication as he strives to deliver exceptional service as a Safety, Health and Environmental Professional.

Albert Lopez

SH&E Professional

Albert Lopez has been a Safety Manager with 17+ years of experience in the areas of Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management, Emergency Management Services, Safety Prevention Programs, Behavioral Based Safety, and Workers’ Compensation Claims Management. Albert’s experience includes completing safety and environmental inspections, identifying issues and developing corrective action plans to ensure compliance with Cal-OSHA, EPA, and state and local regulations. He additionally has experience in accident investigation, as well as monitoring the use, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and materials.

Rollie Cochran, MSA

Rollie utilizes his Master’s level of safety-oriented professional skills of safety and environmental-related measures including OSHA, Federal, State, and Local Environmental Regulations and DOT HazMat. Rollie is an independent and effective trainer with experience in implementing and developing environmental, safety, and health policies, programs, and procedures.

Juan (Johnny) Hernandez

A United States Marine Corps Veteran, Johnny comes to Boretti with 20+ years of expertise in the health and safety industry. Johnny is an exceptional Trainer for Fall Protection, Control of Hazardous Energy, Cranes and Lifts, and Electrical Safety. He also has experience with facilitating and monitoring safety training and safety behaviors.

Camarie Davies

SH&E Professional

With extensive experience serving as a safety manager for a nationwide grain operator, Camarie Davies is highly proficient in designing, developing, and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs. She has a proven track record of conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, identifying occupational safety and health issues, and developing and executing effective corrective action plans to ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, EPA, and state and local regulations.”

Terrie S. Norris

SH&E Quality Assurance Specialist

Terrie, an established safety and environmental expert with over 36 years of experience, has held diverse roles in global manufacturing and services organizations before transitioning to manage self-insurance and captive risk pools for a wide range of clients across the United States. Her results-driven approach includes safety inspections, risk management audits, ergonomic evaluations, and customized training, earning her accolades like Manager of the Year. Beyond her career, Terrie is a prominent volunteer leader in ASSP, serving in various leadership positions, such as Chapter President, Regional VP, and President of the ASSP globally. She is a CSP (Retired), holds a certification in ARM, and is recognized as a Fellow of the American Society of Safety Professionals (FASSP).

Betty has over 40 years of experience in Safety Management, Human Resources, and Administrative Services. Betty is responsible for Financial functions and operations.

Accounts & Financial Analyst

Stephanie has over 12 years of financial analysis experience. She is responsible for invoicing and accounts receivables.

Debra Dominguez

Administrative Assistant

Debra has over 24 years of experience in office administration and operations. She supports the Boretti Team and is a client liaison. Her responsibilities include travel coordination, contracts, and company logistics.
