Business is about opportunities to succeed, and “invitations” for success usually start by reaching out to build a path or a bridge.
Organizational systems, and within the safety systems, are designed to get work done efficiently and productively to achieve mission and share success: one thing they should never induce is fear.
Goals are set to provide a focus for the systems to achieve, but if barriers remain, the risk to perform is increased.
“If you are operating under the same policies and systems as you were before COVID-19, you are missing the window of opportunity.”
Change: sometimes it’s planned and sometimes it’s presented. Regardless, it is the one constant for business and safety.
