Key human resources are vital to the success and continuing survival (re: sustainability) of the organization. Today’s talent expects a workplace to be safe: both the environment in which they work and feeling ‘safe’ to report issues and provide insight for the success of the organization. Safety professionals play a key role here: without the preservation of the human skill needed to make a business thrive, it will likely not survive.
