Inspiring for change and support is noble for safety leaders: it’s that drive to improve workplace conditions and create a positive safety culture that attracts leaders to our profession. Challenges and barriers should not be viewed as the end of the road because they are not easy to overcome; rather, these are opportunities to water and nurture to success with many hands.
