Aug 16, 2023 | Client Side Chats

This week we present a two-part series with Shaun MacDonald. James and Shaun discuss ORC, Organized Retail Crime, and keeping customers and employees safe. While some aspects of injury prevention appear frustrating, Shaun reminds us why retailers do what they do in preventing injuries should an ORC occur in their stores. Shaun also discusses some of the actions retailers are taking to help prevent this kind of crime; however, the focus is always about the safety of people.
