Businesses make headlines for two reasons: they are the trend of the day (year, decade) or something bad happened. While the former is great for continued success, how a business responds in negative times makes the difference in survival. It’s important to remember that a business is the collection of people within and how they work the process successfully. That’s where safety comes in: safety preserves and strengthens the people while ensuring risks are minimized and used for success rather than failure.
