Business is about opportunities to succeed, and “invitations” for success usually start by reaching out to build a path or a bridge. Safety is the same way: safety professionals seek the opportunities that don’t yet appear, reaching out (not waiting) and building them into an integrated part of the way the organization works so it’s seamless. The more we focus on safe ways of working effectively, the more successful all of us become.
