Having a vision helps the organization thrive by focusing efforts and resources, including people, towards a common achievement. As time goes on, changes have to be made to remain relevant to the marketplace. For safety professionals, being demanding might be considered to be regulatory and technically advanced, and while that knowledge is of great use, true value is in organizational alignment and being flexible to change.
