If we can fall in love with serving people, creating value, solving problems, building valuable connections and doing work that matters, it makes it far more likely we’re going to do important work.
Business success isn’t about focusing on money. Focus on what matters: passion for what you’re doing and the belief it makes a difference.
Your personal core values define who you are, and a company’s core values ultimately define the company’s character and brand. For individuals, character is destiny. For organizations, culture is destiny.
For businesses, brand is important: it reflects onto the customers that consume what it offers and helps ensure stability in the marketplace served.
