Success and the leadership needed to achieve it often start with a dream and desire to do better. Actually achieving success is connected to opportunity. The question is: are opportunities presented or created? That perspective depends upon your view, and your view may lead to (or not) success. Consumers of safety may not realize the opportunity is there, which is why safety professionals seek to make their own opportunity by engaging with (and learning from) their consumers to deliver results.
