As viewed in a business, from a safety perspective success stems from knowing what leads to it. This doesn’t mean we don’t pay attention to the failures that happen: those are opportunities to learn and apply what can be successful. Focus isn’t singular: it’s being in the moment knowing what’s going on around you while considering the past moving into the future.
