For organizations, success is accomplished through marketing, efficient operations, and recurring sources of funding. And to make that work requires knowledge with planning. In safety, luck is having no injuries without knowing why. Success involves engagement, execution of the right safety tools applied at the appropriate time, and measurement to adjust and improve the process. It takes knowledge of the whole organization and adaptation of applied safety concepts for success. That can only be accomplished by safety professionals with knowledge and experience.
