Working scared takes on many meanings: fear of serious injury due to a risky task, tip-toeing around so as not to agitate a co-worker or manager, constant fear of being fired. But organizational missions inspire objective success, with buy-in and trust at the core. Organizational systems, and within the safety systems, are designed to get work done efficiently and productively to achieve mission and share success: one thing they should never induce is fear.
