In business, success has an infinite number of ways to be achieved, but all the ways chosen focus on satisfying customer wants and needs. The same is true for safety. Regardless of your knowledge level, communication is a key component: whether it be for persuasion and influence, or resolving conflict, having the ability to relate the EHS process so that it satisfies the wants and needs of the organization (and egos in it), makes the difference in success.
