Businesses all start with ideas: some good, some not so good. As statistics show, only 25% of new businesses survive for 15 years or more: there are many reasons why so few survive. For a Safety Professional, addressing safety issues within a business follows a similar path UNLESS there is a will to put the resources needed to execute them. Time, research, planning, and flexibility increase the success rate of new businesses AND safety processes: safety IS part of better business.
