Here’s a little secret (no longer): this is why I started my consulting business, and have been self employed since 1995. Businesses in it to make a fast buck trend up rapidly, and fall off just as fast. Businesses that make it think long term about how they are changing the world positively. Safety processes should follow the same logic: success is gained with a world changing vision and small victories that occur at key, planned steps over time. Create that vision, plan your key steps, share it with enthusiasm, and be victorious as the opportunities present themselves.
