Success of our organizations is dependent upon the marketplace we serve being aware of the goods and services offered. How they are made, how they are delivered is what gets buyers in the door. Safety professionals serve in many different ways that can be successful if known to those we serve. Listening to feedback, making improvements, and letting our consumers know how good it is gains buyers. Bragging won’t.
