Simpson Strong-Tie (SST) creates structural solutions and technology to help design and build safe, strong homes and buildings. Despite unforeseen pressure by the pandemic that was put on their Health and Safety Team to respond quickly, Scott and SST have kept a positive attitude throughout our current situation. With investment in safety from management, senior leadership was provided the necessary guidance and enabled to make informed decisions for the business, while maintaining a level of calmness.
