Fear is a well known, well studied marketing concept; an emotion that can freeze from or insight to action. But success isn’t built upon fear; rather, it’s focus on the actions and activities of being successful that one succeeds. Safety professionals should know this: focus on what drives safe action and lead to safety cultural success. In short, people won’t have time or the knowledge to be unsafe.
