Motivation in business comes from an internal burning desire to do it better and the exhilaration of success. That association (desire for the exhilaration) happens with safety professionals: it’s called passion and we can all see it. Safety done to complete a task or answer a requirement is far different than safety that makes a difference and contributes to success. Safety done with passion is far more successful than safety done to check a box.
