Stagnation, whether it be in the economy or in an organizational process, is the enemy of business. Safety, like business, must align and adapt to be part of continual improvement. Safety professionals know this, focusing on what their marketplace needs now and into the future in order to be the catalyst and plan for positive change. Business is not the enemy of safety: complacency is.
