The illusion of business is that someone thought of a great idea to make money and within a day, it was a multi-million (or billion) dollar success. Reality is that businesses start with an idea of improving something, doing things better / easier / innovative (take your pick). Safety professionals want to change the workplace for the better, not constrain people from doing a good job. Positive safety work takes time that involves sales, integration, participation, and engagement for success.
