In this discussion with James Boretti, CSP, Tim explains why he is moving away from using the term, “new normal,” to move forward into what our future will look like. Tim also discusses his opinions on what habits, behaviors, and hygienic practices will stay for the long run, and why he truly believes that conflict can be good, but opinions can also be collaborative to lead to a good resolution.
