Safety systems, like business systems, have their challenges. When a problem occurs, leaders tend to rush to solve the problem. What may seem like a time-saving, position-affirming tactic many times leads to other issues. Getting to know the back story teaches us a lot about how things should work. No one person has the answers; it takes an engaged team to lead to success.
