Tony Canizales, CSP is Vice President of Loss Control for DiBuduo & DeFendis, an insurance brokerage with 11 offices throughout California. DiBuduo & DeFendis faced their own challenges, and as part a very family-oriented business, Tony was able to find balance between work life and home life and monitor productivity. Tony explains how DiBuduo & DeFendis was able to convert 90% of employees to work from home, which included an investment in laptops, screens, keyboards, etc. in order to increase efficiency. Similar to others, Tony had to get creative when finding sanitizing supplies to provide to his employees. Find out more in this week’s #ClientSideChat
