Kingston Technology is a long-time client and manufacturer of DRAM flash products and the Hyper X brand of headsets, which James dons in many Client Side Chats. In this interview, James asks Julia and Elaine the kind of impact on the business they have seen due to COVID-19 and also their unique experience supporting teams in Asia. They discuss the effect on manufacturing and packing for domestic customers, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) duties, becoming more flexible working with employees who are parents, and what new measures/procedures Kingston is working hard to implement in order to keep employees safe and well-informed.
