The idea that business success is always measured by financial profit isn’t the whole picture. True, financial profit does account for business survival and thrive; however, the assets that lead to the result are held within complex relationships. Safety is one of those key, core components: without it, assets aren’t as protected and detrimental risk is taken. The relationship between business and safety is symbiotic, not independent. Safety professionals know this, and are successful when we integrate our processes for the betterment on the business.
