A key axiom in leadership success is trust, regardless of the type of leadership practiced. The same is true for ethics. For safety, we cannot have leadership and practice ethically if we don’t develop our relationships built upon trust. Business success is based on relationships: so too is safety success. Without it, there are no transactions.
