Human behavior is very predictable when you know what to look for. Marketing professionals in business are very well aware of this and, in another way, so are safety professionals. From a safety standpoint, outrage comes from many directions: we hear it as “we’ve always done it this way” and “why change now.” Change is inevitable to ensure success: knowing why we change and leading a change of value is what manages outrage.
