If you think that the C-level solely focuses on the money alone, think again. Risk is the primary consideration. This thought is the same for safety processes: while money is helpful for resources, it’s understanding risk and the benefits and detriments it presents that makes the difference. But to make it all work, the key is the tenets of respect, thanks, integrity and the thrill of the job that go a long way to drive good performance.
